Kisezu has worked on 739 completed jobs across 4 London districts since opening in 2023. Below is the complete catalogue of services offered by our 15-person team, with fixed prices and a plain explanation of what each job involves, so you know exactly what you are booking before you call.
Every insulation job at Kisezu starts with a site check, either in person or by photos sent through our contact form. We confirm wall type, loft access, cavity condition or floor build-up, then send a written quote with the price from this list. No job starts without that written confirmation, and no price changes once the survey is done unless the property turns out to need extra work not visible at first check.
We use mineral wool, rigid PIR boards, blown cellulose and reflective membranes depending on the building type. Cavity walls in Victorian terraces need different treatment than a 1990s loft conversion, so material choice is set at survey stage, not guessed over the phone. Every job includes a written note of the U-value target we are working towards for that specific room or wall.
Splitting insulation into 13 distinct services, rather than one general package, means a flat owner only pays for what their property needs. A loft top-up costs far less than a full external wall system, and this catalogue lets you compare both before deciding. About 195 clients a year use this list to plan a single job or a phased project across a few rooms.
Adding mineral wool over existing loft insulation to reach current recommended depth. Includes loft hatch check and boarding around the access point only.
£190Complete loft fit-out with new mineral wool laid between and across joists, including loft light check and vent clearance to prevent trapped moisture.
£420Blown mineral wool beads injected into the wall cavity through small drilled holes, patched and colour-matched afterwards. Suited to most 1930s to 1990s cavity-built houses.
£680Rigid board fixed to the outside wall face, finished with render. A full-house job that also updates the exterior appearance and removes internal disruption during works.
£8,400PIR board fixed to internal wall faces with a plasterboard finish, chosen when external work is not possible due to a listed frontage or shared wall.
£3,900Mineral wool batts fitted between floor joists from below, with a support mesh installed to hold material in place. Common in Victorian and Edwardian ground floors.
£1,150Rigid board laid over an existing solid floor before a new screed or floating floor finish, usually combined with a damp check before work begins.
£2,600Fitting an insulated loft hatch cover with draught seal strip, addressing one of the most common single heat-loss points found during our loft surveys.
£95Sealing gaps around windows, skirting boards and letterboxes with brush or foam strip. A quick job usually completed within a single visit to the property.
£140Foam lagging fitted to hot water pipes and jacket insulation added to header tanks in the loft, reducing heat loss between the tank and taps.
£160Insulation fitted between and over rafters for loft conversions and dormer rooms, keeping usable headroom while meeting current heat-retention targets for habitable rooms.
£3,900A standalone visit producing a written report on current insulation levels, weak points and recommended order of works, useful before a larger renovation project.
£120For properties with disturbed or compressed insulation after other trade work, such as electrical or plumbing access, restoring the loft or wall to its original depth.
£310Wall, roof and floor insulation package sized for a single-storey rear or side extension, priced separately from full-house jobs due to smaller material volumes.
