These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of insulation services by Kisezu to customers in the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Kisezu ("we", "us", "our") is the provider of the services described on this website, specialising in the insulation of houses and apartments.
Any communication regarding an order, a complaint, or a request concerning your personal data should be directed to the contact details above, and will be handled by our customer service team.
Orders for insulation services may be requested via our website, by telephone, or by email. Once you submit a request, we will assess the property and prepare a written quotation setting out the scope of work, materials, and price.
An order is only confirmed once:
No contract for services exists between you and Kisezu until this confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where a property is unsuitable for the requested insulation works or where access cannot reasonably be arranged.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT at the applicable rate. Our quotation will specify:
Payment terms will be set out in the quotation and confirmation. We may request a deposit prior to commencing works, with the balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any additional works not covered by the original quotation, discovered once works have started, will be communicated to you and agreed before proceeding, along with any associated cost.
If you are a consumer and have entered into the contract at a distance (e.g. online, by phone or email) or off-premises, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of the date of order confirmation, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. If you request that works begin before the end of this period, and later cancel, you may be required to pay for services already provided up to the point of cancellation.
Once works have been fully performed within the 14-day period at your express request, the right to cancel no longer applies.
We aim to deliver a high standard of workmanship. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +44 20 7764 3871, providing details of the issue and, where possible, supporting photographs.
We will acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, which may include arranging an inspection or remedial visit. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, our liability for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the services provided shall be limited to the total price paid for the relevant order. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income or loss of enjoyment of the property, arising from delays or issues beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in a property that are not related to the insulation works performed.
This website uses a single cookie, named cookie_consent, which stores your consent preference for one year. No analytics, tracking, or session cookies are set on this site. Advertising measurement, where applicable, only runs after you have given consent, and only on the order confirmation page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution of a complaint, and where applicable, you may refer the matter to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the supervisory authority for data protection matters in the United Kingdom, or seek independent legal advice.
